E-RYT and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. Co-founder of Ananda yoga since 2008. Certified  at Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh India in 2010, at Prenatal Yoga in 2014 and at Kundalini Yoga in 2018.

 

After studying in Tiruvannamalai India for a year (2009-2010) the teachings of the Sacred Chanting, she received the blessing of Vallalar Trust to share Nada Yoga  of Master Swami Ramalinga Vallalar. Founder of ¨Sacred Chanting¨ México in 2017, of "Mamayogui Prenatal Yoga Training" in 2014 and co-founder of the Vinyasa Om School.
