VINYASA FLOW

A fluid movement practice that invites us to work on our memory, coordination and adaptation to change. We will seek to challenge our own limits with movement sequences that will be repeated, adding variations and modifications, connecting with our breath and the present moment.

Who is Pitu? A being of movement, in constant growth and transformation. From her artistic profession, she brings to practice her passion for dance, inviting to meditate in movement.
