Co-Founder of Ananda and Yoga practitioner for 20 years.

Certified in Hatha Yoga (200YA), Ashtanga Yoga (250YA) and Therapeutic Restorative Yoga (300YA). Student of the Iyengar method in training.

10 years of experience as a multi-level instructor. Nurse and Gestalt Psychotherapist.

In her classes, inspired by the Iyengar method, she seeks to transmit to her students the passion of deep self-exploration, while accompanying each student in relation to their individual capacity and possibility.

E-RYT and YACEP with Yoga alliance. Co-founder of Ananda yoga since 2008. Certified  in Hatha Yoga in Rishikesh India in 2010, in Prenatal Yoga in 2014 and in Kundalini Yoga in 2018.

After studying in Tiruvannamalai India for one year (2009-2010) the teachings of the Sacred Chanting, she received the blessing of Vallalar Trust to share the Nada Yoga  of Master Swami Ramalinga Vallalar.

Founder of ¨Sacred chanting" México in 2017, of Mamayogui Prenatal yoga Training in 2014 and co-founder of the Vinyasa Om School.


It is a Yoga space established in the center of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, since 2009.  


We offer Yoga classes of different lineages, Yoga and Meditation workshops, Kirtans and Soundhealing, individual sessions of therapeutic Yoga and training for Yoga teachers (YA 200 and 300 hours).  


At Ananda Yoga we are committed to sharing the knowledge of this ancient discipline and thus improve the quality of life of all people. Yoga acts on each individual in order to achieve their growth and progress on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level and is aimed at all humanity. Yoga aims primarily at individual growth. But through individual growth, society and the community advance, developing more conscious and loving forms of interaction with other humans, with other species and with nature.
